Reservation: The reservation is only confirmed after paying 50% at the time of booking.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
Reservation change: Changes to the number of nights can only be made subject to availability.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is free and in some properties it is done remotely. However, check-in can only be done from 3:30 pm. Check-out must be before 11:00 am.
Number of guests: The maximum capacity of each property must be respected and unidentified people are not permitted to stay in the reservation unless with the express authorization of the owners.
Deposit: some of the accommodations are subject to a deposit. This must be paid in advance via PayPal or cacsh at check-in. The return will be made confirming everithing is ok with the house, within a maximum period of 48 hours.
General obligations and responsibilities of the guest: Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of all people accompanying them. Most properties are located in residential buildings, so legal noise levels must be respected. HshPortugal reserves the right to take necessary action if and when complaints are made on behalf of the resident community regarding guest misconduct. If the action is repeated and proven to be uncomfortable, HshPortugal may ask guests to leave and, in this case, no refund will be possible. Guests are responsible for costs associated with property damage.
General rights and obligations of the administration of HshPortugal: HshPortugal is responsible for the information and photos posted on the website. However, it is not responsible for lack of equipment or any renovations/aesthetic changes that may occur at any time.
